Welcome to the website and services of F&D Services and Global Logistics LLC (“F&D,” “we,” “us,” or the “Company”). By using our services, creating a virtual locker, requesting shipments, or accessing the website fdsgl.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the platform.

1. About the Company

F&D Services and Global Logistics LLC is a company registered in the State of Florida, United States, dedicated to:

  • Virtual lockers in Miami

  • International shipments to Colombia

  • Personalized shopping services

  • Transportation and logistics within the U.S. (domestic courier, parcel shipping, and LTL)

2. Acceptance of the Terms

Use of the virtual locker, shipment requests, or any service offered by F&D implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

3. Virtual Locker

3.1. Upon registration, the customer is assigned a unique locker code or number.
3.2. The customer must correctly enter the address provided by F&D when making purchases.
3.3. The locker service is free of charge; only services associated with handling, transportation, and shipment of goods will be billed.
3.4. The customer authorizes F&D to receive packages on their behalf, inspect them, weigh them, consolidate them, and store them temporarily.

4. Receipt of Packages

4.1. F&D is not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by third-party carriers (Amazon, UPS, USPS, FedEx, or others).
4.2. Packages received with visible damage will be documented with photographs.
4.3. Packages without identification or with incomplete customer information will not be accepted.

5. Inspection, Opening, and Consolidation

5.1. F&D may open packages only with the customer’s authorization.
5.2. Package consolidation is performed at the customer’s request.
5.3. F&D is not responsible for internal damage not visible from the outside prior to opening the package.

6. International Shipments to Colombia

6.1. Shipping costs are determined based on:

  • actual weight

  • volumetric weight

  • type of goods

  • destination city

  • customs regulations

6.2. Estimated delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days, but may vary due to congestion, weather, customs inspections, or force majeure.

6.3. Packages with a declared value over $50 USD may be subject to customs duties and taxes in Colombia.

6.4. The customer is responsible for accurately declaring the value of their goods.

7. Prohibited Items

The following items will not be transported:

  • Firearms, ammunition, or explosives

  • Illegal or controlled substances

  • Cash

  • Perishable products

  • Chemicals without proper documentation

  • Regulated medications

  • Any item prohibited by the laws of the United States or Colombia

Attempting to ship prohibited goods may result in cancellation of the service.

8. Personalized Shopping

8.1. The customer authorizes F&D to make purchases on their behalf.

8.2. The company does not guarantee product availability, final pricing, or the delivery times of the store where the purchase is made.

8.3. No returns will be accepted once the order has been confirmed by the customer.

9. Domestic Transportation Within the U.S.

9.1. Services such as pickup, local courier, parcel shipping, and LTL or FTL freight are subject to availability and distance.

9.2. The customer must provide a correct and complete address.

9.3. Rates and delivery times are quoted based on weight, size, and location.

10. Payments

10.1. All services must be paid in full before the goods are shipped.

10.2. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Zelle

  • Bank transfers

  • Credit or debit card (when applicable)

  • Electronic payments authorized by F&D

10.3. Packages will not be processed without prior payment.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. F&D is not responsible for losses or damages caused by:

  • poor packaging by the original supplier

  • improper handling by Amazon, UPS, USPS, or FedEx

  • customs holds or inspections

  • delays caused by third parties

  • force majeure events

11.2. F&D’s maximum liability shall not exceed the declared value of the package.

12. Storage

12.1. Packages may be stored free of charge for a reasonable period of time.
12.2. After that period, a daily storage fee may apply.
12.3. Unclaimed goods may be discarded after 90 days.

13. Cancellation of Services

F&D may suspend or cancel services if the customer fails to comply with any of the obligations described in these Terms and Conditions.

14. Use of the Website

14.1. The user agrees not to engage in any activity that may affect the operation of the website.
14.2. The content of the website is protected by copyright laws.

15. Data Protection

The use of customer information is governed by F&D’s Privacy Policy.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

17. Changes

F&D may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on the website.
